Service Agreement

  • All Fibre packages come with a free to use router that remains the property of 8 Bit I.T Solutions
  • Copy of ID is required to be submitted with this sign-up form
  • All fibre packages are six (6) calendar month agreements, month to month after that
  • Non-contract cancellation requires one (1) calendar month notice via email to: admin@8-bit.co.za

Support Information

Telephonic & Onsite support is available, Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm. On-site support is charged at 8 Bit I.T Solutions (Pty) Ltd current rates (R550).

8 Bit I.T Solutions (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to modify prices on one month's notice and new pricing will apply to this agreement after the notice period unless the agreement is cancelled in writing by me/us.

Fibre Internet Sign-up FAQ

How long does fibre installation take?

Standard fibre installation typically takes 3-7 business days after your application is approved. Our technical team will contact you to schedule the installation at a time convenient for you.

What documents do I need to provide?

You'll need a valid South African ID and proof of residence. The sign-up form includes all necessary details we require to process your fibre internet application.

Is there a contract period?

All fibre packages require a minimum 6-month agreement. After this period, the service continues on a month-to-month basis with flexible cancellation terms.

What happens after I submit this form?

After submission, our team will review your application and contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm details and schedule installation. A PDF copy of your application will be generated and emailed to you for your records.
